The staff of the NVRCC is here to assist the general public as well as the membership.
The following is a brief introduction to our key employees and their primary areas of responsibility.

President & CEO
	Wayne Adelstein  Email: wayne@nvrcc.com Wayne Adelstein first joined NVRCC in 2001 after retiring from active management of his publishing company, Decision Publications. Adelstein represents or has represented  the Chamber on the board of directors of numerous regional business organizations, including the Valley Economic Alliance, Economic Research Center, Valley Economic Development Center ( former Chairman of the Board) and  the Valley Industry & Commerce Association (former Vice-chair).
Operations Manager
	Stephanie Schwinn  Email: stephanie@nvrcc.com Stephanie Schwinn has been with NVRCC for three years. She brings 20 years of banking experience to her current position as Operations Manager. Stephanie’s function is to plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the NVRCC. Duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations, data entry, accounts payable, payroll, and other miscellaneous tasks.
